What We’re Looking For
Graduate with 5-6 years of relevant work experience;
Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research;
Ability to analyze UX research findings and convert them into actionable insights;
Expert knowledge of prototyping and testing at large and small scales;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
Should be able to write and present actionable reports to stakeholders
Strong ability to communicate well on paper and verbally
Background in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, Anthropology preferred
Project management skills
Desire to learn and understand the nuances of user research in a boutique firm.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research at all the stages of the product life cycle, from inception to validation, using various research methods;
Take full ownership of all UX research and run multiple streams of work at one time;
Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across the products;
Understand the product’s competitive edge and the product’s strong points of sale;
Lead Design Thinking workshops with users and business stakeholders to understand their pain points, vision, and mission;
Leverage analytics and UX research techniques to drive design direction and prioritization;
Plan and execute UX research agenda keeping in mind the business goals;
