Introduction to User Research Methodologies Course

We have divided this course into four modules in which you will learn about the fundamentals of user research and how user research fits in the product development cycle. Then, we move on to teaching you the different user research methods and how to carry out the most essential qualitative user research methods. Finally, we end the course by teaching you how to analyze the data and communicate your results so as to make your research matter to your stakeholders.

In this course, we will include video snippets, case studies of different projects, discussions, and interactive quizzes. We’ll also round off each module with some links to further reading in case you would like to dive deeper into a particular topic. Lastly, we’ll also have a project that would be broken down into various assignments across each module. At the end of the course, each student would have a completed user research project.
